Bill Bartlett

Bill Bartlett is the founder and president of Corporate Strategies & Solutions Inc., a Sandler Training Center. He is a critically-acclaimed coach and facilitator who excels at identifying core challenges and implementing growth strategies that are transformative in their depth. 

Lindsay Goetting

Lindsay serves as a Vice President of BD and Marketing at Corporate Strategies & Solutions. She is responsible for all business development initiatives, marketing strategy and operations to ensure Corporate Strategies meets and exceeds client expectations.

Laura Cuthbertson

As the Marketing & Evaluation Manager, Laura Cuthbertson has been an integral leader at Corporate Strategies & Solutions, a Sandler Training Center, since 2003. She is responsible for supporting marketing strategy, sales and behavioral evaluations.

Missy Donovan

As the Administrative and Marketing Coordinator at Corporate Strategies, Missy leads and implements a variety of administrative duties to ensure the office is running smoothly. An expert problem solver, Missy is the chief source of support for a team of sales professionals and plays key role in event planning and project management.

Business Development/Training Associate

As a BD & Training Associate, you will prospect for small-to-medium size businesses in the Chicago-land area and conduct effective conversations to outline what differentiates us from our competitors and the benefits of our training and development services. If you have the experience and the fire, we'd like to talk to you.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic professional to assist in the growth of a busy office. This position is part-time and is a mix of administrative, operational and marketing support; hours will be between 18-24 hours per week.
