Training & Development Sales Associate

About the Job

We are seeking an outgoing Training & Development Sales Rep to drive sales of our incredibly successful business and sales training programs. As a Training & Development Sales Rep with Corporate Strategies, you will prospect for small to medium-size businesses and individual sales representative leads and give effective presentations that outline what differentiates us from our competitors and the benefits of our training and development services.


Additional tasks of the Training & Development Sales Rep include:

  • Evaluating prospects’ business and sales needs and suggesting appropriate service packages
  • Closing sales of our services to meet sales and revenue goals
  • Coordinating and setting up services for clients


As a Training & Development Sales Rep with Corporate Strategies, you must project a professional image and possess a commitment to high personal earning driven by a high commission rate. You must also be able to fit into a small business and team-oriented environment.

Additional requirements for the Training & Development Sales Rep include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience and strong business connections in the Chicagoland area
  • Ability to close sales in both mid-market contexts and with C-suite employees
  • Ability to sell high-ticket programs and build deep relationships with prospects and clients
  • Ability to approach sales success in a systematic manner
  • Sandler Training experience a plus
